Job Description:

As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users across mobile, chat, and email.

You’ll help resolve payment issues, explain how Sarafa works, and escalate technical problems when needed.

You should be empathetic, calm under pressure, and fluent in both English and Arabic or Juba Arabic. Experience in financial services is a plus.
